Moms Rage organizes creative community gatherings for women and non-binary folks to experience joy and fellowship while supporting justice movements in Kansas City and beyond. We are rooted in principles of anti-racism and collective liberation.
Through membership we will grow friendship, joy, celebration, and belonging. Moms Rage membership will sustain our ability to create events and continue to build our community. Dues will go towards: website costs, event costs, & ticket transaction fees. Our treasury expenses will be transparent and available to members.

What Members Give
At Moms Rage, our core principle is “everyone contributes”. In that spirit, members commit to:
Offering time and/or skills to the group (based on your capacity and the needs of the group)
An annual membership fee (sliding scale of $10 - $50+)
OUR COMMITMENT TO GROUP SAFETY
At Moms Rage, we prioritize creating safe spaces for all members. This means maintaining confidentiality within our group, protecting each other's emotional well-being, and honoring event safety rules (i.e. no late entry at dances, don’t use substances and drive). These practices reflect our dedication to caring for each other and our community.

The Moms Rage Core Team explores and expands our vision while providing leadership on essential work. We want to grow this team from three (3) to eleven (11).
M*R Core Team members must be willing to:
Attend monthly Core Team meetings
Chair or co-chair an event/initiative (Peace Parade, dances, communications, administration, etc.)
Commit to a 2-year rotating term
